For scheduled regular and ad hoc collections:

• For both regular & ad hoc collections including those that have received a booking confirmation, please note that these collections are cancelled until further notice and will need to be re-booked, once we reinstate our domestic service.
  

For new domestic shipments entering the network:

• As of today (October 6) and until further notice, we will not be accepting any new FedEx domestic shipments.
  

For new international shipments entering the network:

• International shipments will continue to be accepted.
  

For domestic shipments that are already in the network:

• Shipments already in the network will be delivered but will experience extended transit times. We are working hard to recover items as quickly as possible by implementing a first in, first out strategy.
