As many of our clients can testify, we aim to send your goods out expediently and proficiently. However, as some of you may have noticed, our current courier FED EX has not been in line with delivering the same level of professionalism you have come to expect, and we have endeavoured on consistently delivering. As such, we have decided to part ways with FED EX this year and will be moving on to DHL Courier services. For similar fees, we have better tracking, customer services within a UK contact centre, dispatch depots local to us and better tracking facilities with drivers directly employed by DHL, not sub-contracted.
We see this as a massive step forward to providing you with a fast, efficient and professional distribution partner and hope this will help us all achieve our goal. The bedding in process should be nice and swift, and you should hopefully see a change in service over the next few weeks.
